I'm Ash Cross
At MSCF, I partnered closely with hiring teams and alumni across hedge funds, asset managers, prop shops, investment banks, fintech, and consulting to better understand industry trends and which skills were in-demand.
After working with me over the summer, approx. 2/3 of my students actively interviewed for internships one month earlier than their peers in other programs.
During my three years at MSCF, 100% secured internships, with 97% employed within 3 months of graduation.
Now, I prepare entry- and mid-level professionals to break into quant finance; specializing in coaching international students, career changers, and neurodivergent professionals.
