My SONAR framework breaks the job search, career change, or grad school process into five stages. Skipping a stage doesn't speed things up. It creates problems you'll have to fix later.
I've developed and refined this for over a decade in higher ed, including the years I spent at Carnegie Mellon University, where I helped placed students to ensure 97% employment within 3 months of graduation.
