I'm Ash Cross. As a former therapist, I know what it’s like to love the work but feel trapped by the job.

I'm excited to share that the group will be co-hosted by Alex Lioznov, a Speech Therapist with over 5 years in the field, who runs her own business as a Communication Coach and works as a Recruiter on the side.
